ANNUAL STAKEHOLDER ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMARY NOTIFICATION

Stuart Coal (Pty) Ltd conducts audits at all of their sites in line with the requirements of the various authorizations granted as well as with legislative requirements. Internal audits are conducted on a regular basis, and external audits are conducted by Clean Stream Environmental Consultants (Pty) Ltd, and the summarized outcome of the external audits are made available here on the Clean Stream website. A summary of the auditing schedule and most recent compliance percentages are provided below. Should any additional information regarding the audits be required, this can be requested from the mine in writing in line with the legislative requirements pertaining thereto.
